Growing up life was a glamor for me; my mom did everything to the best of her ability and made everything possible. Education wise, I've had some pretty good years even making it on the honors-role a few time and also some tough years where I just wasn't myself. Education is everything to me and my family means more. Going to a school in the city has brought many. many things into my life; I've seen and heard many things that aren't what I've really envisioned in school. Though school isn't the best place to be where I stay, I enjoy my work and enjoy teaching my class-mates things they thought they couldn't do or understand! Having a deep and respectful heart, I have no preference to anything nor anyone through-out my life!

There are many interest I have including the Culinary Arts, learning, teaching and my instrument the trumpet!

Going into this Arts opportunity would mean so much because I enjoy having fun and making a difference in my life and others. Seeing our African American teens getting killed by Black-on-Black violence is one thing I really want to change in this world!
